MICHAEL MERRILL: I agree wholeheartedly with both. And it wasn't as bad as I anticipated. It was actually pretty good experience in terms of drawing some of the collaboration, some of the other individuals within my area together, and not necessarily for the first time but at least to begin the conversation and the dialog. And to look at in terms of the different ways of trying to measure these four performances.
